Job Description

This is a full-time role as a Product Manager, located onsite in New York, NY.

We're hiring a PM to join a small, super-high-velocity product team. You'll own meaningful surface area from day one across a product that's reshaping compliance, and you’ll be part of a team that works incredibly hard and is seeking other exceptional people excited to do the same.

This might be a good fit if…

  1. You’re likely aiming to be a founder in 1-2 years. We expect you to help us hit our goals, so you also expect us to help you reach yours - without clear goals, there’s a fundamental misalignment for success.
  2. You’re ambitious and hard working and leverage the latest AI tools to boost your development, while also having a high quality bar for your work. As we scale our teams and customer base up, the expectations of our software rises with it.
  3. You’re looking for a fast growing startup. Here’s our revenue growth and head count growth.
  4. You’re looking for teammates, not coworkers — folks you’ll be able to count on to in a pinch and make your team’s goals possible.

Responsibilities

First week:

  • Ramp up on the industry
  • 1:1s with engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners
  • Join calls with our AEs and AMs to quickly get up to speed with our users
  • Learn about our product development process

First month:

  • Own your team’s backlog and triage customer and prospect requests
  • Run discovery calls with customers to understand their problems
  • Write PRDs that synthesize problems and solutions for others to collaborate on
  • Work closely with our engineers and designers to ship fast

First 3 months & beyond:

  • Own a product line end-to-end
  • Translate complex regulatory and operational problems into engineering and design requirements, and ultimately a product that solves real user pain points
  • Work cross-functionally to make sure what we build drives adoption and new revenue
  • Influence the product roadmap

About You

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, former founder, or other high-impact role with a track record of shipping impactful products
  • You’ve worked with engineering teams that move fast
  • You have experience with B2B SaaS startups and are comfortable with ambiguity and speed
  • You’re an ultra-clear communicator and a team player
  • You have a growth mindset: you’re consistently the hardest-working person on your team because you’re driven to improve yourself and your work every day
  • Willing to relocate to NYC and be in-office 5 days/week

Bonus:

  • Exposure to highly regulated environments
  • Experience in fintech, regtech, or trading

Benefits

  • 401k (100% match up to 6%)
  • Healthcare, dental, vision, etc.
  • Housing stipend for team members living in FiDi
  • Role fit call with Bella (20 min)
  • Technical session
  • Onsite
  • Offer
