WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUTÂ
As Product Owner, you take on a leadership role with real influence. You set direction, make priorities, and ensure that people, processes and solutions move forward together.Â
You lead a team of 4 Business Solution Specialists and work closely with key stakeholders across Logistics and IT to ensure that strategic initiatives are translated into value creating solutions for operations.Â
Your main responsibility will be to:Â

Set and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with Logistics strategyÂ

Own and prioritize the Team Backlog to maximize business value and impactÂ

Lead, coach and develop your team toward strong performance and engagementÂ

Act as the connecting link between strategy, operations and ITÂ

Engage stakeholders and ensure smooth change adoption across countries and DCsÂ
-
Enable high-quality delivery by making timely decisions and setting clear directionÂ
-
Drive refinement and alignment to ensure shared understanding across teamsÂ
You will be part of Logistics, contributing to continuous development of JYSK’s logistics setup.
Your primary base will be at our Distribution Centre in Uldum. As the position is international, 20-40 travel days a year is expected.Â
