Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Drive programs and operations across the Platform Product Marketing Team to align with cross-functional teams
- Manage the cross-functional go-to-market readiness initiative for the platform marketing team including content development, team alignment, and customer content
- Lead a bi-annual, company-wide product launch program for the platform team
- Manage strategic, analyst, and industry events
- Partner with the Platform Enablement and Success team to drive programs for sales enablement, product launch, and other platform initiatives
- Help Campaign Directors and other corporate marketing Program Managers to coordinate various marketing programs and activitiesÂ
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 6-8 years of program management/operations experience
- Experience running large-scale programs and operations
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, relationship builder
- Experience with go-to-market and product launch
- Experience with digital content and campaigns
- Strong experience designing, developing and implementing insight-driven, content-led marketing campaigns working with the business and marketing leadership
- Experience in the platform-as-a-service space a plus
- 10-15% travel

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $173,200 - $303,100, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
