  • The Person: Monitor positive replies across channels, respond quickly and follow up to qualify prospects, book meetings on the AE calendar, call prospects when needed, and keep CRM records updated while handing off context to AEs.
  • Requirements: Prior SDR, appointment setting, or sales development experience and comfort using LinkedIn, email, calling, CRM tools, and sales engagement tools are required.

Job Description

We’re looking for a sharp SDR / appointment setter to help Retell AI convert positive prospect replies into booked meetings with our sales team.

We already have a strong flow of interested prospects coming in from LinkedIn, email, and outbound campaigns. Your job is not to do cold prospecting from scratch. Your job is to respond fast, follow up persistently, and get qualified prospects booked with an AE.

What you’ll do:

  • Monitor positive replies from LinkedIn, email, and outbound channels
  • Reply within 5 minutes whenever possible
  • Follow up quickly and professionally to drive prospects toward a meeting
  • Book meetings directly on the AE calendar
  • Call prospects when needed to accelerate booking
  • Keep CRM / tracking systems updated
  • Hand off booked meetings cleanly to the AE with context

What we’re looking for:

  • Prior SDR, appointment setting, or sales development experience
  • Strong written English and professional communication
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, calling, CRM tools, and sales engagement tools
  • Fast response time and high ownership
  • Persistent without sounding pushy
  • Bonus: experience selling B2B SaaS, AI, call center software, or sales automation tools

Important: This role is focused on speed-to-lead and meeting conversion. We need someone who can move fast, stay organized, and turn warm interest into booked calls.
