Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy next-generation AI solutions leveraging Generative AI and autonomous agent frameworks. This role focuses on developing scalable, production-grade AI systems using foundation models and large language models (LLMs) to solve complex business problems across structured and unstructured data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement agentic AI systems, including prompt engineering, tool orchestration, RAG pipelines, and reasoning workflows
- Build end-to-end AI pipelines (data ingestion, embeddings, model APIs, orchestration, and enterprise integrations)
- Collaborate with AI Tech Leads and product teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI use cases with controlled deployment strategies
- Implement observability, evaluation metrics, guardrails, and performance tuning for AI systems
- Ensure enterprise readiness through documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational support
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic frameworks
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Hugging Face)
- Hands-on experience with NLP and at least one domain (image, video, or voice processing)
- Experience with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and model evaluation techniques
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer)
- Strong data skills using Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Experience:
- 5+ years in AI/ML, Data Science, or related roles
- Proven track record delivering AI solutions from prototype to production
- Experience working in enterprise-scale, distributed environments
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field, or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
