We’re looking for an enthusiastic AI Lead to take the reins as the product owner for our Agentic AI delivery and AI innovation capabilities. You'll be the vital link between our business stakeholders and technical teams, translating ambitious ideas into practical solutions that make a real difference. Key responsibilities: Own the Agentic AI product vision, delivery backlog, and roadmap for UK&I, ensuring alignment with AXA’s overall AI strategy. Act as the bridge between business and technical stakeholders to refine AXA’s AI priorities, value propositions, and customer benefits. Lead AI innovation and experimentation by exploring emerging trends and scaling new AI solutions for competitive advantage. Collaborate with technology and data teams to shape the AI technology stack, platforms, and integration patterns. Develop and evolve the operating models around people, processes, technology to scale AI delivery across UK&I. Promote responsible and ethical AI practices, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, security, and governance standards. Measure, communicate, and report on the value and impact of AI solutions to stakeholders and senior leadership. Foster AI adoption and organisational culture change through training, communication, and best practice sharing. Work arrangements: At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition. Your skills & experience: Previous experience in an AI and product management role. Demonstrable success in managing AI and ML use cases that deliver measurable business value throughout the entire delivery lifecycle, from ideation to scaling. Technical expertise in AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG/CAG, SLMs, distillation models, and Agentic AI architectures. Leadership ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams at various levels within AXA. In-depth knowledge of the Insurance sector, understanding key value areas, pain points, and the existing data landscape. Strategic thinker with future-focused insights to ensure AXA’s AI ambitions remain relevant and innovative. Ability to craft compelling narratives for senior leadership and stakeholders. Passionate about AI, with a commitment to mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of innovation.
