Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with external partners? Join our team as a Suppliers Network Administrator and support the coordination and administration of our network of service providers. This role is closely linked to the transition of part of our business from Germany to Ostrava, offering an opportunity to be part of a growing team and support the stabilization and development of supplier management processes in an international environment. In this role, you will ensure smooth day-to-day cooperation with suppliers, maintain accurate data and documentation, and support internal teams in managing provider performance and compliance. What you’ll be doing: Maintain and update the provider database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data Handle daily administrative communication with suppliers and outsourcing partners Manage provider documentation (contracts, evaluations, action plans) and ensure regular updates Support onboarding of new providers, including verification of required documentation and compliance Monitor adherence to internal procedures and support resolution of provider-related issues Assist with escalations and operational challenges related to suppliers Provide administrative support during tender processes and selection of new providers Monitor costs, track pricing, and identify opportunities for optimization Support quality control of suppliers and follow up on feedback from internal stakeholders Track and monitor provider performance indicators, including NPS Collaborate with internal departments in line with company standards Contribute to continuous improvement of supplier management processes What you’ll bring: Minimum secondary education Czech and/or Polish at C1 level, English at B2 level, and German at C1 level Previous experience in administration, coordination, or supplier management is an advantage Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders Analytical and logical thinking Basic negotiation and problem-solving skills Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) Reliable and structured approach to work What we offer: At AXA Partners, we’re appreciative of the people who work for us and our rewards package is reviewed regularly to reflect that.
