React / React Native Development Experience (Core)
Proficient in React / React Native with hands-on project experience
Skilled in component-based development and capable of modularizing complex features
Web Technology Fundamentals
Familiar with JavaScript / TypeScript / HTML / CSS
Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and debugging
Cross-Platform Development
Understanding of React Native underlying principles
Able to build reusable cross-platform components and shared business logic to improve team efficiency
Engineering Skills
Strong coding standards with the ability to write high-performance and maintainable code
Proficient in collaborative development using Git
Able to independently develop modules and troubleshoot issues
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills with clear logical thinking
Quick learner with the ability to understand complex business scenarios rapidly
Preferred Qualifications
Native Development Experience (Preferred): Experience with iOS (Swift) or Android development
TypeScript: Strong proficiency in writing type-safe TypeScript code
Multimedia / Graphics: Experience with Canvas, FFmpeg, or real-time audio/video processing
Backend Skills: Familiar with Node.js or Python
Open Source Experience: Active GitHub projects or open-source contributions
