Job Description

At CRB, our Architectural Designers play a key role in bringing complex, highly technical projects to life. Working under the guidance of the Architect of Record, you’ll contribute to the design, documentation, and coordination of projects across a variety of industries—including life sciences and food & beverage.

This is a great opportunity to grow your technical skills while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and construction professionals.

What You’ll Do

Develop design and construction models using Revit or other BIM tools
Produce drawings and documentation including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and details
Translate redlines and markups into coordinated, high-quality drawing sets
Review drawings to ensure compliance with CRB documentation standards
Collaborate closely with engineering and construction teams to deliver coordinated, constructible designs
Support field investigations, site visits, and data collection
Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and quality checks
Assist with the development of studies, presentations, and reports

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Degree in Architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch, D.Arch, or equivalent) preferred
Associate degree or technical certification with relevant AEC experience will be considered
3+ years of professional experience in an architectural or AEC environment

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office
Experience with Enscape, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
Experience developing and coordinating construction documents
Working knowledge of building codes (IBC, ADA, etc.)
Experience in advanced technology or industrial project types (life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, etc.)
LEED, WELL, or other sustainability accreditation
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Willingness to travel as needed for project or training support
