  • The Role: A manufacturing engineer/process owner role supporting production and continuous improvement for industrial flow control products in a global manufacturing environment.
  • The Person: The person will support production by developing and implementing products and processes, lead ERP and continuous improvement initiatives, perform data analysis and root cause investigations, and help install and commission new equipment.
  • Requirements: Degree in Engineering, experience on ERP implementation projects, proven Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement experience, knowledge of FMEA, and hands-on production or manufacturing engineering experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Manufacturing Engineer to support our production team in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement within an international, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support production by developing, testing, and implementing new and existing products and processes
  • Actively contribute to ERP implementation and improvement projects (e.g. D365)
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Manage and support label creation activities as part of production and product processes
  • Implement and roll out standardized processes across all areas of responsibility
  • Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and technologies
  • Perform data analysis, feasibility studies, and root cause investigations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth product introductions and effective change management

    Qualifications

    Your Profile

    • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics) or equivalent experience
    • Experience working on ERP implementation related projects
    • Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ideally with knowledge of FMEA
    • Experience working in a global, multicultural organization
    • Hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing engineering environment

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with D365
    • CAD knowledge
