Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Manufacturing Engineer to support our production team in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement within an international, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support production by developing, testing, and implementing new and existing products and processes
- Actively contribute to ERP implementation and improvement projects (e.g. D365)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage and support label creation activities as part of production and product processes
- Implement and roll out standardized processes across all areas of responsibility
- Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and technologies
- Perform data analysis, feasibility studies, and root cause investigations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth product introductions and effective change management
Qualifications
Your Profile
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics) or equivalent experience
- Experience working on ERP implementation related projects
- Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ideally with knowledge of FMEA
- Experience working in a global, multicultural organization
- Hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing engineering environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with D365
- CAD knowledge
