- The Role: An experienced security and network engineer role providing Tier 3 support, incident resolution, and deployment work across enterprise network and security technologies.
- The Person: Provide Tier 3 engineering support and on-call incident resolution, implement and maintain network and security technologies, participate in deployments and infrastructure changes, and develop technical knowledge assets.
- Requirements: Experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, VPN/Security, Routing and Switching, Wireless, Cloud, ITIL processes, and English at advanced/bilingual level.

¿Qué harás?
Implementar, mantener y brindar soporte a tecnologÃas de red para cubrir las necesidades de conectividad del negocio, utilizando equipos de los siguientes proveedores: Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper y Aruba.
Las principales áreas de enfoque incluirán VPN/Seguridad, Routing y Switching, Wireless y Cloud.
Alcance del rol:
- Brindar soporte de ingenierÃa de nivel Tier 3, incluyendo guardias (on-call) y resolución de incidentes relacionados con el rendimiento y la capacidad de red de las soluciones implementadas.
- Participar en proyectos de despliegue e implementación de cambios integrales en la infraestructura.
- Desarrollar expertise en varias de las áreas funcionales de rendimiento de red y soluciones/servicios de entrega de aplicaciones, y adquirir conocimientos prácticos en las áreas funcionales restantes.
- Participar en discusiones con otros equipos sobre requerimientos de servicio y en el desarrollo de la estrategia de seguridad/red.
- Contribuir al desarrollo del capital de conocimiento de KX (job aids, guÃas de implementación, generadores de configuración, etc.).
Requisitos:
- MÃnimo 4 años de experiencia laboral en tecnologÃas de Seguridad/Redes, incluyendo soporte operativo y despliegues.
- Ingles avanzado/bilingüe técnico y de negocio
- Sólida experiencia práctica en VPN/Seguridad, Routing y Switching, y Wireless.
- Certificaciones IT a nivel Associate, Specialist o Professional de proveedores como Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper o Aruba son deseables, pero no excluyentes.
- Experiencia práctica con procesos bajo la metodologÃa ITIL.
- Conocimientos de programación/scripting (Python, PERL, etc.) son deseables, pero no obligatorios.
- Habilidades de gestión de proyectos y coordinación de trabajo.
