JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to support data-driven marketing initiatives by transforming complex datasets into actionable business insights. This role will work closely with clients and internal teams to analyze campaign performance, identify customer behavior trends, and develop presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with SQL or SAS, marketing analytics, and creating client-facing reports and PowerPoint presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical solutions and reporting strategies to support client marketing initiatives and business objectives
• Perform quantitative analysis, customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and campaign performance measurement using SQL, SAS, or similar tools
• Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization
• Create client-facing presentations in PowerPoint and translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations
• Partner with Program Management and IT teams to support data architecture analysis and improve marketing program effectiveness

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or data analysis roles
• Hands-on experience with SQL and/or SAS for data extraction, analysis, and reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including development of executive-level presentations
• Experience with statistical analysis, regression modeling, segmentation, testing methodologies, and campaign measurement
• Experience with Salesforce, Einstein Analytics, Datorama, Snowflake, Oracle, or SQL Server is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
