  • The Role: An analyst role supporting SOX 404 and internal control activities across EMEA for a global finance and risk organisation.
  • The Person: Support and execute SOX program tasks including process and walk‑through documentation, risk and control matrices, testing work papers, control effectiveness evaluation, metrics reporting and remediation support.
  • Requirements: University degree or professional qualification in Finance or Accounting, 1–2 years of experience in SOX 404 or internal controls, MS Office, MS Excel advanced level and VBA knowledge as a plus.

What the day will look like Support continuous monitoring, assessment and improvement of key business processes and internal & SOX controls impacting the organization Execute assigned elements of the SOX program, including process documentation, walk-through documentation, risk and control matrices, testing work papers, and evaluation of control effectiveness Assist in identifying risks and control gaps and support remediation activities in cooperation with process owners Support preparation, analysis and sharing of metrics and reports related to SOX and control activities Ensure processes and controls are properly documented and that knowledge is captured and maintained Participate in team initiatives and project work as assigned Skills and experience that will lead to success University degree or professional qualification in Finance or Accounting 1–2 years of experience in SOX 404 or internal controls environment 2–3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting or SSC/BPO industry Experience working in an international environment Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Strong English written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office required) MS Excel – good to advanced level; VBA knowledge is a plus Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Willingness to learn and continuously develop skills and qualifications Experience in project work would be an asset Strong ethical standards and attention to detail #LI-KB5 #financeoperations #LI-Hybrid 2577991
