What the day will look like Leadership role responsible for encouraging a culture rooted in data insights and delivering high‑impact analytical solutions within the enterprise. This role leads the build, development, and optimization of dynamic data visualization tools and advanced analytics products. The Data Analytics Manager collaborates with team members from commercial, technical, and operational areas to convert strategic questions into actionable insights. They apply AI-powered analytics and self-service capabilities to increase the value of data for the sub-region and the wider organization. This role will be crucial in the adoption plans for AI and global solutions in Latin America. Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Visualization, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or team lead role. Demonstrable experience in corporate environments working with enterprise scale data models and reporting solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work optimally with multi-functional and multicultural teams. Advanced English proficiency and Spanish (mandatory). Portuguese is a plus. Advanced Power BI expertise, including: Data modeling with Power Query and Power BI Desktop. Strong DAX skills for complex measures, calculated columns, and custom critical metrics. Report and dashboard design, UX guidelines, workspace administration, and row‑level security (RLS). Demonstrable experience designing and maintaining analytical data models in enterprise environments (Star Schema, Snowflake, semantic models). Solid understanding of SQL and ETL/ELT concepts, and ability to partner effectively with data engineering teams. Familiarity with AI‑enabled analytics in Power BI (e.g., Copilot, Azure AI Services)and their application in dashboards and reports. #li-bb2 2574024
