Senior Financial Analyst

Vinmar International is a globally recognized leader in the chemicals and plastics industry, with a presence across major markets worldwide. We are currently seeking a talented and driven Senior Financial Analyst to join the finance team at our Spanish manufacturing subsidiary, Green World Compounding, S.L.

Reporting to the group headquarters, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in the subsidiary's financial operations, contributing to process improvement, financial accuracy, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the automation and digitalization of financial and accounting processes.

• Oversee periodic accounting reviews and manage the month-end and year-end close cycles.
• Coordinate and actively participate in external audit processes.
• Prepare and deliver financial reporting packages to the group's parent company in line with established deadlines and standards.
• Monitor and control operational costs, identify variances, and drive corrective actions.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Spanish GAAP (PGC) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics Navision and/or SAP.
• Strong command of English, with a minimum B2 level required — interviews will be conducted in English.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar financial analyst role or in external auditing.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 18:00
• Friday: 08:00 – 14:00
