Job Description
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply company policies and procedures effectively while exercising sound business judgment.Â
- Ability to collaborate across teams on complex renewal and expansion opportunities that require strong attention to detail, strategic coordination, and adherence to established processes. Escalates non-standard or highly complex situations appropriately to management for guidance and resolution.Â
- Five or more years of experience in high-tech sales, customer success, renewals, or account management.Â
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with executive-level decision makers.Â
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Â
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.Â
