Founding Engineer (Full stack).

About the role

We're a fast-growing W26 YC startup building the AI operating system for banks and credit unions.

We’re a team of repeat entrepreneurs, ex-VCs, ex Google/Apple ML leaders, and Math/Cyber Olympiad gold medalists. We're working directly with bank CEOs to build AI products that completely transform their business.

We're looking for founding engineers who want to build from first principles.

What we're looking for

You have shipped real products that people depend on.

More important than a specific tech stack, we're looking for engineers who:

• Figure things out without waiting for instructions.
• Enjoy owning ambiguous problems end-to-end.
• Take pride in reliably shipping software that actually works.
• Have high energy and want to build something that matters.

Experience in fintech, healthtech, or enterprise software is a plus, but not required.

What you'll do

• Build product directly with the founders.
• Design and ship AI systems used by real financial institutions.
• Own major technical decisions from day one.
• Help shape the engineering culture and the company itself.
