You’ll act as a trusted analytical partner to internal stakeholders, helping transform complex performance data into actionable client stories.

This is a pivotal role developing your supervisory and people-management skills, preparing you to advance into Associate Director or Director responsibilities as you continue to build technical mastery and managerial confidence.

  • Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities within campaign performance data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics insights with targeting and media strategies.

  • Provide structured feedback, encourage problem-solving, and support their technical development.
  • Promote accountability, curiosity, and collaboration within the analytics function.

Collaboration & Client Engagement

  • Present analytical insights to clients, helping frame data within a business context.
  • Partner with Client Solutions, Strategy, and Media teams to ensure analytics outputs drive strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to proposals and new business conversations by highlighting analytics value.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain governance over QA, process documentation, and data hygiene.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to analytics workflow efficiency.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives that strengthen the agency’s analytics infrastructure.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of analytics or media experience, ideally within an agency environment.
