Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automation Developer to
design, build, and implement automated testing and intelligent automation
solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to automation strategy,
framework development, quality assurance processes, and automation adoption
initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve software
quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify
  opportunities for automation within software processes.
• Design
  and execute QA tests using scripts that automatically test functionality.
• Design
  and develop test automation scripts.
• Utilize
  test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Investigate
  software issues identified during testing activities.
• Collaborate
  with QA analysts and software developers to identify and implement
  solutions.
• Develop
  and maintain scalable automation frameworks and reusable components.
• Integrate
  automated testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines.
• Support
  UI, API, performance, and accessibility testing initiatives.
• Contribute
  to automation governance, standards, and best practices.
• Define
  and track automation metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
• Lead
  automation adoption initiatives and mentor team members on automation
  practices.
• Create
  and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and knowledge
  repositories.
• Participate
  in planning, prioritization, and delivery of automation initiatives.
