  • The Role:This role is for an acoustic engineer focused on loudspeaker systems and audio product development.
  • The Person:The person will develop acoustic concepts, run measurements and analysis, tune final performance, shape the sound signature, and work with interdisciplinary teams on product concepts.
  • Requirements:The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in acoustic development, strong expertise in measurement techniques, in-depth knowledge of transducer and enclosure design, and experience with Klippel, CLIO, LspCAD, AKABAK and VituixCAD.

About the role

Your tasks

  • Drive the creation of next‑generation audio products across categories and price tiers, pushing the boundaries of sound performance 
  • Own acoustic concepts end‑to‑end — from vision and prototyping to validation and final performance tuning 
  • Define and challenge acoustic specifications through hands-on measurements, data-driven analysis, and deep system understanding 
  • Shape the sound signature through critical listening, combining cutting-edge DSP with electroacoustic excellence
  • Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams, contribute to product concepts, and communicate progress, risks, and insights to stakeholders

Your profile

  • 5 years of experience in acoustic development, with strong expertise in measurement techniques and trained listening skills 
  • Solid ability to assess loudspeaker performance and identify, analyze, and resolve acoustic issues 
  • In-depth knowledge of transducer and enclosure design, supported by experience with modern measurement systems (e.g., Klippel, CLIO) and simulation tools (e.g., LspCAD, AKABAK, VituixCAD) 
  • Good understanding of DSP-based audio processing, with the capability to develop signal-processing solutions for optimized system performance 
  • Structured, self-driven working style combined with strong communication skills, a passion for high-quality audio products, and fluency in English (German is a plus)
