About the role

The Analytics, Investments and Marketing Enablement (AIM) team—within Global Commercial Services Marketing (GCSM)—is the analytics engine powering Commercial customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. AIM develops insights, data products, and analytical solutions that shape smarter marketing and powerful digital experiences.
This role sits within the Paid Media Analytics team, supporting strategy, analytics and optimization across platforms. The team partners closely with Marketing to drive advanced audience targeting, optimize media performance, and build the next generation of Paid Media capabilities using data, advanced analytics, and emerging AI.
How will you make an impact in this role?
As a Senior Manager, you will lead analytical work that fuels the Paid Media strategy for commercial Audience. You will design and implement data-driven strategies, build scalable analytical solutions, and collaborate across business, digital, and technology teams to optimize targeting, personalization, and prospect conversion. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing analytics, audience strategy and applying emerging AI/GenAI techniques to transform Paid Media outcomes.
