Follow: Blog, Insta, LinkedIn, TwitterAs a Director of IT Operations you will be responsible for: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's IT infrastructure, internal systems, and business applications.Drive AI initiatives across the organization by identifying opportunities, implementing AI-powered solutions, and automating business processes.Lead complex cross-functional IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.Plan and execute infrastructure, cloud, and business systems migrations while minimizing operational impact.Own the administration, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise applications, cloud services, and corporate IT environments.Define and implement IT standards, processes, KPIs, SLAs, and operational goals for the department.Evaluate, implement, and integrate new technologies that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Finance, HR, and other business units to deliver technology solutions that support organizational growth.Lead technical initiatives independently, taking full ownership from planning to execution with minimal supervision.Manage vendors, software platforms, licensing, and strategic technology partnerships.
