OVERVIEW OF ROLE

We are looking for a Front Office Support professional to join our North America office in Reno temporarily for 4 months. This role provides essential administrative and operational support to senior leadership and plays a key part in keeping the office running smoothly. If you are highly organized, service‑oriented, and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and in a small team, we would love to hear from you.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to senior leadership and the broader team
  • Prepare and format presentations, proposals, business documents, and internal communications
  • Coordinate management meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, and minutes
  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transport)
  • Support the planning and execution of meetings, programs, and office events
  • Assist with promotional and office‑related initiatives
  • Take on ad‑hoc tasks that contribute to efficient office operations

WHAT YOU BRING

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or management support role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, service‑focused mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative, reliable, and flexible approach to work
