- Requirements:The ideal candidate has experience in business development, outside sales, relationship management, event marketing, hospitality, recruiting, healthcare, or community outreach.

Success isn't measured by the number of events attended. It's measured by:
- Building valuable community partnerships
- Generating qualified leads
- Converting prospects into paid introductory experiences
- Helping grow BODY20 membership
- We're looking for someone who thinks like a business builder, not simply an event coordinator.

The ideal candidate is:
- Friendly, confident, and personable
- Comfortable starting conversations with new people
- Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
- Professional in appearance and communication
- Results-oriented and able to work independently
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others
Experience in business development, outside sales, relationship management, event marketing, hospitality, recruiting, healthcare, or community outreach is a plus—but personality, initiative, and work ethic matter most.
Schedule
- Part-time (15–20 hours/week)
- Flexible schedule
- Some evenings and weekends required for community events
