If you're the person who's always opening packs, making content, streaming, or talking about Pokémon, sports cards, or collectibles, this role is for you. You'll be the personality that millions of collectors recognize across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and livestreams.
You'll join the team full-time and help define the voice of one of the fastest-growing collectibles companies.
As our Lead Creator & Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for creating content that millions of collectors watch while owning our social presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and other platforms. You'll be the personality people associate with CatchBack, turning collecting into entertaining, shareable content that grows our community and drives downloads.
You'll join the team full-time and help define the voice of one of the fastest-growing collectibles companies.
What You'll Do
- Be the primary on-camera personality for CatchBack.
- Create engaging short-form videos, livestreams, and long-form content.
- Own and manage CatchBack's social media channels across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and more.
- Plan and execute our content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule.
- Open packs, showcase cards, and create entertaining content around the hobby.
- Analyze social performance and iterate based on engagement and growth metrics.
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and partners on campaigns and collaborations.
- Travel to conventions, card shows, creator events, and community meetups to capture content.
- Stay ahead of trends in Pokémon, sports cards, internet culture, and social media.
- Help shape the personality, voice, and creative direction of the CatchBack brand.
We're Looking For
- A natural on-camera personality with excellent storytelling skills.
- Proven experience growing social media accounts or creating viral content.
- Deep passion for Pokémon, trading cards, gaming, or collectibles.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
- Comfortable filming, editing, and publishing content independently.
- Creative, self-driven, and excited to experiment with new content formats.
- Willingness to travel for events, conventions, and creator collaborations.
Bonus Points
- Existing audience on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or Twitch.
- Experience managing brand social media accounts.
- Knowledge of the trading card market.
- Photography, videography, or video editing experience.
- Experience hosting livestreams or community events.

CatchBack Cards, an iOS and web platform for maximizing the thrill of collecting Pokemon and Sports cards. We allow collectors to create custom mystery packs with personalized chases and customized odds with cryptographically trusted tooling. Users can rip open digital packs and get physical cards shipped to them, receive buyback offers on cards pulled from their mystery packs sent straight to Venmo and PayPal, and buy/sell cards in our $1 marketplace.
