The Role:This role is for an experienced cybersecurity architect who designs enterprise security architectures and supports secure technology initiatives.
The Person:The person will design and review security architectures, define security requirements, perform threat modelling and risk assessments, and work with infrastructure, software development, cloud and business teams.
Requirements:The ideal candidate has experience designing enterprise cybersecurity architectures, Zero Trust, Secure-by-Design, Defense-in-Depth, cloud security architectures, IAM, network security, threat modelling, risk assessments, and security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls and SABSA or TOGAF.

We’re looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Architect with technical expertise, strategic vision, and a strong desire to make an impact.

Academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or related fields
Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise cybersecurity architectures
Strong knowledge of security architecture principles, including Zero Trust, Secure-by-Design and Defense-in-Depth
Experience defining security requirements and integrating security into business and technology initiatives
Solid understanding of cloud security architectures across Microsoft Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform
Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM), network security, data protection, encryption and key management
Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls and SABSA or TOGAF
Experience performing security architecture reviews, threat modelling and risk assessments
Ability to collaborate with infrastructure, software development, cloud and business teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, SABSA, TOGAF, AZ-500, SC-100 or equivalent are a plus
Fluency in English
