About the Role
This is a full-stack product engineering role at an early-stage enterprise AI platform startup, where you'll own features end-to-end — from technical design through to user-facing delivery. You'll work closely with product and design leadership to shape AI-powered capabilities that drive adoption across large organizations.
What You'll Do

Build end-to-end product features spanning frontend (Next.js), backend (Node.js), and database layers.

Implement user interfaces including full screens, reusable components, and complete user flows.

Collaborate with the design team and customers to gather feedback and iterate on features.

Maintain and optimize the codebase for performance and user experience.

Participate in rotating Support Engineer cycles, working directly with customers and the customer support team.
What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in software engineering.

Strong proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.

Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS.

Demonstrated ability to deliver features end-to-end from concept to production in a full-stack environment.

Experience building AI-powered features or integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

Comfortable collaborating with a Chief Product Officer and cross-functional teams to influence product direction.

Experience participating in customer support rotations or engaging with customers throughout the product lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field; strong CS fundamentals are expected.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: €66,000 – €120,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
On-site in Berlin, Germany. This role requires full-time, in-person presence; fully remote arrangements are not offered.
