About the Role
Operations Specialist – Supply Chain Finance
We are looking for entry-level Operations Specialists to join Operations team in Kraków and support the Supply Chain Finance process within the Structured Trade Hub.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting day-to-day Supply Chain Finance operations
- Processing and verifying transactions and payments
- Performing reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
- Cooperating with internal teams and stakeholders
- Meeting agreed quality and turnaround-time standards
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and organisational abilities
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, including 6–8 days per month in the Kraków office
- Availability for increased office presence during the initial training period
- Previous experience in trade finance, payments, banking operations or reconciliations would be an advantage, but is not essential
