What can you expect?

• Manage and implement IT projects in agile environments (e.g., integrating LLM systems into existing IT landscapes)
• Develop and implement IT strategies and roadmaps
• Take ownership of interface management between IT and Business Development
• Analyze requirements and design IT solutions
• Provide support in architecture and infrastructure topics (e.g., cloud solutions, microservices)
• Work in agile and interdisciplinary teams – both internally at INVENSITY and on-site at the client
• Knowledge sharing and mentoring: Share your expertise in workshops, coaching sessions, and projects, and learn from other experts
• Personal and professional development: Grow in a technology-driven environment, expand your network, and help shape innovations across various industries

Your profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or a comparable field, or a completed IT-related apprenticeship combined with relevant work experience
• At least 3 years of professional experience as an IT Manager or in a similar position
• Solid knowledge of IT architectures, project management, cloud environments, and agile methodologies
• Experience with Linux and container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Initial experience with setting up local LLMs is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and a structured approach to work
• Willingness to work on-site at our clients’ locations
• Fluent German and English skills
