Digital Project Manager AI & Automation Consulting

At any time, permanent contract, during the week mostly on site with our customers, on Friday typically in our office in Munich

Your mission

• As a Digital Project Manager AI & Automation Consulting, you will be part of the consulting teams working with our international and national clients, leading digitalization and tech projects with a clear focus on outcomes and implementation
• You will support the preparation of project materials, pitches and proposals, and accompany client projects from proposal development through to successful completion
• You will gather client requirements, analyze them in a structured way and independently develop solution approaches and robust recommendations
• You will design and facilitate workshops, particularly on digital topics and AI adoption, and work closely with clients, development teams and other stakeholders
• Part of your role will be to support clients in the conception, integration and implementation of AI and automation solutions, and to identify meaningful use cases along existing processes
• You will steer the development of digital solutions as well as the selection of architectures and tools such as Azure, n8n, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph and Power BI, and evaluate software solutions in terms of functionality, integration capability and ROI

Your profile

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree with a business, consulting or digital focus
• Experience in consulting and project environments is a must
• Solid experience working with AI tools and in the automation of processes, ideally in a consulting environment
• Initial experience translating technical requirements and a basic understanding of production-related architecture, AI-/-BI solutions and data-intensive environments
• A very good understanding of structured analyses of digital use cases, for example in the areas of market, IT architecture, processes or risks, as well as confidence working with different stakeholders
• A strong interest in independently learning how to use new tools and actively driving their adoption
• Enjoyment in communicating content clearly, both in writing through presentations and verbally in workshops and client meetings
• Fluency in German and English
