About the role
Your mission
Autonomous cleaning machines are one of the future-defining topics at Hako – and our Technical Support Robotics team is growing along with them. You are the first point of contact when our service technicians get stuck with a machine on site: you log the case, assess it technically, resolve the simple issues directly, and keep an eye on all open cases until they are resolved. This is a role for anyone who wants to combine technology and structure and help shape a still-young product world from the very beginning.
That's why, for our Customer Service department at the Bad Oldesloe site, we are looking to fill the following permanent, full-time position as soon as possible:
Junior Technical Support Robotics (m/f/d) – Service Desk & Coordination
Your tasks
- First point of contact by phone and in writing for Support Robotics – you are the first port of call for our service technicians and partners and record their concerns in a structured way
- Initial technical assessment and support for simpler enquiries; you prepare more complex cases in a structured manner and hand them over to the product specialists
- Recording, prioritising, and tracking all cases in the ticketing system – you keep the overview, follow up on callback commitments, and make sure that no case is left unattended
- Building and maintaining a structured knowledge base (wiki), so that recurring questions can be answered more quickly and consistently
- Coordinating the replacement machine pool: keeping track of available machines, managing incoming and outgoing goods, and coordinating with logistics and repair, including delivery notes
- Contributing to the creation and maintenance of training materials for online and in-person training sessions
Your profile
- Completed technical training (e.g. electronics, mechatronics, IT systems electronics) or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in technical support, service desk, or customer service is an advantage; career starters with a technical foundation and a willingness to learn are expressly welcome
- A basic understanding of mechanics and electronics as well as initial knowledge of systematic fault diagnosis are a must; an interest in robotics, sensor technology, and automation is an advantage. Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of SAP and ticketing systems (e.g. Redmine) is desirable
- Very good German and very good English skills, both written and spoken (at least C1 each) – good spoken English is particularly important to us, as international sites also call in
- A strong sense of diligence and a genuine enjoyment of documentation and structured work – you follow up on things reliably rather than keeping them in your head
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a friendly, confident telephone manner; you stay calm and keep the overview even when call volumes are high
