Your job – Your passion

• As a business analyst you understand incoming requirements and evaluate them against the existing product platform 
• You translate complex requirements into actionable User Stories that drive development forward 
• You connect stakeholder needs with what's feasible, ensuring realistic solutions 
• Coordination of knowledge exchange between stakeholders and colleagues across teams lies within your responsibilities 
• You serve as a communication bridge to customers, ensuring clarity and gathering valuable feedback when needed 
• You are an active member in the scrum team and support the successful implementation  
• Functional testing of User Stories ensures quality and compliance with requirements 
• You maintain documentation that's clean, comprehensive and becomes a valuable asset for the entire team 

Your profile – Your strengths

• You have a background in agile software development with a solid understanding of product thinking 
• Your experience working with REST APIs and databases and the ability to analyze logs comes into place  
• You are familiar with Jira and Confluence 
• You are a strong communicator in German and English and able to explain complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences 
• Additionally, you have strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking skills and work in a structured, diligent, and detail-oriented way  
• You do not hesitate to take ownership and responsibility for your own work 
• Finally, you have strong resilience and you are a genuine team player
