Responsibilities
-
Design, refine, and implement context engineering strategies to guide model behavior across use cases. Identify inconsistencies in model outputs through well-designed research and evaluation projects. These projects may be either for internal or production-facing systems.

Develop automated and semi-automated pipelines for evaluating agent effectiveness at scale.
-
Stay current with the latest alignment and evaluation techniques from both industry and academia.
Qualifications
-
Demonstrated passion for AI and can share specific, related projects you're proud of.
-
Familiar with Python. While this is not strictly a production engineering role, you will need to be able to prototype and debug systems at scale and quickly understand the various components that go into answer generation.

Candidates should have high-level understanding of LLMs, training, RL. We’ve seen excellent candidates who background in philosophy, psychology, linguistics, data science, or related fields.
