- The Role:This role is for a graphic designer focused on corrugated packaging, digital print, and media content for packaging and sales materials.
- The Person:The person will create graphics, photography, video, and animations, design corrugated packaging and printed sales material, support digital print operations, and work with internal teams on conceptual graphic solutions.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate has a BA or BS in Graphics, Product Engineering or Packaging, 5-8 years’ experience in a graphics role, and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and CAD packaging software.

Pay Rate:
$82,500-$137,500 (USCORE)
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP’s annual incentive pl.

The Job You Will Perform:
Responsible for supporting digital print operations.
Prepress, Color Proofing and Color Matching knowledge to provide support for large format digital printing. Experience with Photo Spectrometer is desired.
Video, Audio and Photography experience in a media center setting.
Ability to communicate and demonstrate knowledge of print processes and prepress solutions with production facilities and staff.
Create graphics, photography, video, and animations for packaging, presentations, and other forms of communication.
Will work closely with IP graphics, national account sales teams, marketing and innovation teams to brainstorm and create conceptual graphic solutions.
Design layouts for corrugated packaging and printed sales material.
Understanding of brand management guidelines as it relates to both IP and customers.
Provide support for digital content generation.
Work with various departments within company to understand products.
The Skills You Will Bring:
BA/BS in Graphics, Product Engineering or Packaging program
5-8 years’ experience in a graphics role, with 3 or more preferably in corrugated
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (i.e., Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign as well as Microsoft PowerPoint
Understanding of CAD packaging software
Experience with corrugated packaging print process is preferred
