What you'll be doing

Design, develop, test, debug, and support software applications across multiple platforms using established development standards and best practices

Work within an agile development environment to deliver high-quality software features and enhancements

Contribute to software architecture discussions and support the evolution of products and development processes

Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical challenges and deliver project milestones

Participate in planning and execution of software development activities in partnership with technical leaders and managers

Conduct code reviews to promote knowledge sharing, maintain code quality, and support continuous improvement

Partner with Software Quality Engineering to build solutions that support automated testing and seamless integration throughout the development lifecycle

Utilize source code management and work item tracking tools to support efficient software delivery

Provide technical support and collaborate with other business functions as needed
What we look for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

2+ years of professional software development experience

Understanding of software engineering principles, methodologies, and development frameworks

Experience developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications

Knowledge of source code management tools and work item tracking systems

Understanding of common software design patterns and best practices

Experience with unit testing and testable software design approaches

Problem-solving skills and ability to contribute to complex technical projects

Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Basic understanding of risk management concepts

Familiarity with agile development methodologies is an advantage

Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud-based software solutions is a plus

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment

Low to no travel required
