-
Drive customer discovery efforts to deeply understand pain points, workflows, and opportunities to add value through insights and predictionsÂ
-
Work closely with engineering to deliver scalable, performant, and user-friendly platform components and servicesÂ
-
Define success metrics and use data rigorously to evaluate features, iterate on roadmap priorities, and validate hypothesesÂ
-
Advocate for best practices in data analytics, experimentation, and AI-driven product design across the organization
Â
Minimum QualificationsÂ
-
7+ years of product management experience, ideally in enterprise software, data platforms, or AI/ML-powered productsÂ
-
Experience in the AEC industry or a strong understanding of design/construction workflowsÂ
-
Proven ability to take products from 0→1 by defining vision, building roadmaps, and delivering featuresÂ
-
Exposure to real-time data systems, event-driven architectures, or AI/ML data pipelines and familiarity with cloud architectures (e.g., AWS/GCP/Azure data services)Â
-
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering data- or AI-powered platform featuresÂ
-
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, especially in the context of personalization, recommendations, and predictive analyticsÂ
-
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset; comfortable with SQL, dashboards, and working with data scientistsÂ
-
Excellent communication skills, with a talent for explaining complex technical topics to diverse stakeholdersÂ
-
Proven track record of using data and telemetry to prioritize work, measure impact, and refine product strategyÂ
-
Passion for creating delightful user experiences and solving real-world design and construction challengesÂ
Preferred QualificationsÂ
-
Experience working with BIM/CAD tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, or AutoCADÂ
-
Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude) and how they can be applied in product environmentsÂ
-
Background in Computer Science and/or Machine LearningÂ
-
Prior experience in a platform product management role or building internal services/APIs used across multiple applicationsÂ
-
Customer-centric mindset and experience working directly with external stakeholders in co-developing product roadmapsÂ
-
Strong understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and context management frameworks (for example, Model Context Protocol)Â
-
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AIÂ
-
Experience designing or operating autonomous/agentic systems, including prompt routing or multi‑model orchestration frameworksÂ
-
Familiarity with open‑source AI standards and interoperability frameworks that enable multi‑model or multi‑tool ecosystemsÂ
-
Experience in CAD, manufacturing, or design-related domains.
Â
The Ideal CandidateÂ
-
You get stuff done and you simplify what is complex and ambiguousÂ
-
Self-starter who steps up to handle new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasmÂ
-
Courageous and are not afraid to take chargeÂ
