Join our team Revenue Operations as a Manager of Commercial Master Data (x|f|m) and manage master data quality and lifecycle across systems by executing data maintenance, monitoring quality, and clarifying data usage to support reliable commercial execution and enable consistent downstream activities. Execute customer, contact and pricing master data creation, updates, and corrections by applying defined request workflows, validation checks, and approval rules based on agreed data standards to support reliable performance of daily commercial activities

Monitor data quality by running regular checks on critical fields, analyzing error patterns, tracking recurring inconsistencies and consolidating findings into visible data quality insights to maintain stable, usable master data for consistent operational use

Clarify correct usage of master data fields by translating agreed definitions into practical guidance and validation rules to ensure consistent data handling across commercial operations

Assess the impact of master data changes by reviewing affected downstream activities and identifying potential execution risks to prevent disruptions to commercial processes and workflows

Document and escalate cross-system data inconsistencies by structuring issue descriptions, root causes, and business impact for IT resolution and tracking resolution progress to ensure aligned data usage across systems

Provide guidance to commercial users on correct data handling by sharing clear instructions and highlighting common error patterns to improve data quality and reduce recurring operational errors
What Will Convince Us

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Science, Data Management or related field

Several years of experience in master data management, commercial operations, or data quality roles

Demonstrated leadership experience in a comparable role

Deep understanding of customer, contact and pricing data structures and associated system landscapes

SAP (S/4HANA) expertise required, experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is beneficial
-
Strong experience in data maintenance, cleansing, and quality monitoring
-
Experience managing high-volume operational data processes with defined SLAs
-
Clear understanding of how master data supports commercial execution and reporting

Ability to communicate and coordinate data-related topics across commercial teams and IT using structured issue definition and escalation

Solid capability to analyze data issues and translate them into actionable correction measures

Fluent in English, German and/or Spanish language skills would be beneficial
