Job Description:
The Growth Marketing Manager will drive growth strategy and execution within our Simba Data + Analytics business unit, with primary focus on Embedded Analytics and Agentic Intelligence. This role combines strategic marketing planning with hands-on tactical execution to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and expansion throughout the complete customer lifecycle. Responsible for running global campaigns, this resource will be the primary point-of-contact for our EMEA based sales organization within the Data + Analytic business unit. Stakeholder management and communication is key. Â
You'll collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, customer success, digital marketing, and operations teams to build and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive sales-qualified pipeline and accelerate product adoption. As a growth marketing expert for our embedded analytics and AI-powered data connectivity solutions, you'll develop campaigns that resonate with ISV customers, data professionals, and enterprise decision-makers while managing integrated marketing programs from concept through measurement.Â
WHAT WILL YOU DO?Â
Campaign Development & ExecutionÂ
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth campaigns from start to finish, including researching topics, defining strategy, writing content, executing campaigns, and measuring resultsÂ
- Build integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, content, webinars, digital, social, in-person events) that drive sales-qualified pipeline and revenue growthÂ
- Create and execute lifecycle marketing programs that maximize user engagement, product adoption, and customer lifetime valueÂ
- Manage third-party activities (webinars, content syndication, vendor partnerships) for assigned products and coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to maximize ROIÂ

Performance Measurement & OptimizationÂ
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics including MQLs, pipeline generation, bookings, and conversion ratesÂ
- Analyze marketing metrics to uncover underlying performance drivers, assess influence on quarterly and annual goals, and understand actions needed to maximize impactÂ
- Continuously identify opportunities for campaign optimization and iterate based on data-driven insightsÂ

Cross-Functional CollaborationÂ
- Support and work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment, drive top-of-funnel awareness, and identify opportunities for optimizationÂ
- Collaborate with product marketing to ensure campaigns align with product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategiesÂ
- Partner with digital marketing teams to optimize lead flow, nurture programs, and conversion pathsÂ
- Contribute to daily conversations about how to best execute and measure webinars, emails, and other marketing campaignsÂ

- Ensure all activities are completed on time and meet quality expectations, including webinars, email campaigns, nurture streams, and content developmentÂ
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure marketing programs run smoothlyÂ
- Maintain campaign calendars, project timelines, and stakeholder communicationsÂ

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required QualificationsÂ
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or BusinessÂ
- Experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B enterprise softwareÂ
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skillsÂ
- Experience using web analytics and BI tools to build and maintain performance reporting. Â
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, intent-based marketing, and multi-touch attribution. Â
- Ability to analyze marketing metrics to uncover underlying performance drivers, assess influence on goals, and understand actions needed to maximize impactÂ
- Full-funnel marketing experience managing customer lifecycle from awareness through expansionÂ
- Excellent project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects in their entiretyÂ
- Proficient in utilizing modern sales and marketing tools and systems (i.e., Salesforce, Wrike, Airtable, Gong, Clay, Claude, On24, Power BI, etc.) and marketing automation—ideally Pardot—experience is a significant plusÂ
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple concurrent campaigns and cross-functional initiativesÂ
- Ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills and build relationships across the business at all levelsÂ
- Ability to attend monthly meetings in London HQ office and build collaborative relationships with local colleagues. Â

The salary range in United Kingdom for this position is 44,000.00 to 55,000.00 GBP Annual.
For sales roles, this range includes the commission target. For non-sales roles, this is a base salary only range; additional bonus eligibility may apply.
