The Role:This role is for a DevOps Engineer working on internal ServiceNow solutions at a telecommunications company.
The Person:The person will design and build ServiceNow solutions, create integrations and automation, consult stakeholders, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements:The role requires strong knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, JSON, integrations, Agile ways of working, ITIL practices, English, and ServiceNow experience is a strong advantage.

About the role

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join us at Telia.
I’m Vygintas Gediminas, IT Team Lead, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us.

We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on building and improving internal ServiceNow solutions that power employee services, automation, and digital workflows across the company.

What you’ll do:

Design and build scalable ServiceNow solutions while shaping the platform together with your team and stakeholders.

Develop robust solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Create integrations and automation that improve internal workflows
Consult teams and stakeholders on best technical approaches
Lead & mentor junior engineers and support complex troubleshooting

What will help you thrive in this role:

You enjoy solving complex problems, taking ownership, and working in an international, collaborative environment.

Proven experience in IT, ideally DevOps or platform engineering
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, JSON, and integrations
Ability to design solutions, troubleshoot issues, and guide decisions
Experience with Agile ways of working and ITIL practices
Fluency in English
ServiceNow experience is a strong advantage

Monthly salary range for this position – 2,720 EUR to 4,080 EUR gross + annual bonuses
