OverviewÂ
As a Master Data Management Analyst within Global Services, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of enterprise data that supports business operations. This role contributes to effective data lifecycle management, enabling high-quality data for decision-making, compliance, and operational efficiency.Â
You will work in a collaborative, global environment, supporting standardized processes, enhancing systems and tools, and driving continuous improvement. This position offers strong development opportunities within data operations and global services.Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
• Execute master data operations activities in accordance with defined procedures, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controlsÂ
• Support data entry, validation, transformation, and quality checks across systems to maintain reliable and consistent master dataÂ
• Prepare and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor performance and data qualityÂ
• Resolve routine data and process issues while ensuring proper documentation and adherence to standardsÂ
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven solutions and business requirementsÂ
• Contribute to projects that enhance master data processes, tools, and systems, including automation initiativesÂ
• Ensure adherence to data governance policies and standardized global processesÂ
• Maintain data consistency across systems, identifying and addressing discrepancies or inefficienciesÂ
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support business needs and improve service deliveryÂ

QualificationsÂ
Education:Â
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related fieldÂ
Â
Experience and SkillsÂ
Required:Â Â
• 0–2 years of professional experience in data management, operations, or a related fieldÂ
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of data accuracy and qualityÂ
• Analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and support decision-makingÂ
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teamsÂ
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environmentÂ
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (particularly Excel) and familiarity with enterprise systemsÂ
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesÂ
Preferred:Â Â
• Experience with master data management or data governance processesÂ
• Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar platforms)Â
• Experience in a shared services or global operations environmentÂ
• Familiarity with automation tools or digital technologiesÂ
• Experience extracting, analyzing, and reporting on data from multiple data sourcesÂ
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement process enhancementsÂ
