About the role
We are looking for a motivated Master Data Trainee to join our team in Gdansk, Poland, and support key data management activities. In this role, you will help maintain financial master data and perform vendor bank-detail verification procedures.
This position is ideal for a student available at least 10-20 hours per week until the end of January 2026.
Responsibilites:
- Data Management - Maintain and update financial master data in the systems.
- Vendor data verification - perform “call back” procedure to verify and reconfirm bank details with vendors
Requirements:
- Active student status
- Good at written and spoken English, any additional language is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours – min. 10-20 hours a week
- Fast learning , detailed oriented and highly accountable
- Good communication skills and a good team player
