- The Role:This role is for a technical writer who will support enterprise AI platform documentation and data governance for a government-focused client.
- The Person:The person will produce and maintain SOPs, user guides, knowledge base articles, technical documentation, recurring reports, and organised documentation for platform and data-governance activity.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in technical writing, documentation, or reporting, strong writing and editing skills, and experience with Confluence, Word, Section 508, and federal reporting.
