- The Role:This role is for a Network Operations Centre Analyst who monitors and supports client environments for an IT services provider.
- The Person:The person will respond to incidents and tickets, monitor security events in SIEM platforms, carry out triage and escalation, manage server backups and maintenance, complete changes and vulnerability scans, and help with client onboarding tasks.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience with IT service management tools, monitoring and ITSM solutions, the ITIL framework, IT Security and vulnerabilities, Security+ or ISC2 certification, and CCNA or CCNP certifications.

We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Network Operations Centre Analyst for our Calgary team to ensure the operational uptime of the tools used to monitor and manage Long View’s clients’ environments! This is an onsite position based in South Calgary and will require working in shifts and on weekends.
