- The Role:This role is for an experienced UX researcher/designer supporting a federal enterprise AI platform and CMS-related customer experience work.
- The Person:The person will plan and run interviews, usability sessions, and surveys, synthesize findings, create wireframes and prototypes, and build personas, journey maps, and service blueprints.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in UX/HCD research, hands-on design exposure, Figma, Mural, Dovetail, USWDS, Section 508, and WCAG.
