- The Role:This role is for a senior technician supporting testing of an all-electric recreational vehicle product line.
- The Person:The person will set up and run electrical and mechanical product tests, report test progress and failures, help with root cause analysis, fabricate test fixtures, maintain lab equipment, and prepare test assets for evaluation and demonstration.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate has 6+ years of technician experience in the automotive/EV, cleantech, or aerospace industries, plus experience with sensors, data acquisition systems, welding, fabrication equipment, and custom wire harnesses.

About the Role
As a Senior Engineering Technician, you will work closely with the Test Engineering team to build, coordinate, and execute critical testing programs that validate the performance, safety, and reliability of the Lightship product line. Lightship and this role are highly collaborative! You will be working cross-functionally with multiple engineering organizations to work towards our common goal of building the best all electric camping experience possible.
