- The Role:This role is for a senior BCBA providing autism therapy support for individuals with developmental diagnoses.
- The Person:The person will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs and support staff, analyse client progress data, and partner with caregivers and teammates.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate has a master’s degree in a related field, coursework aligned to BACB requirements, active BCBA certification or eligibility, state licensure where applicable, and experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
