- The Role:This role is for a revenue accounting analyst focused on revenue reporting and recognition for data products at a media intelligence company.
- The Person:The person will handle revenue recognition, prepare sales orders, revenue waterfall schedules, invoices, journal entries and reconciliations, support month-end close and audits, and help resolve invoice and forecast discrepancies.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate has 4-6+ years of work experience, working experience with ASC 606, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Google Sheets.

As Revenue Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with timely and accurately reporting revenue according to GAAP and ASC 606. You will be involved with the order to cash process and related month end close activities. Oftentimes, you will need to collaborate with legal, business development, sales and other functions in the company to ensure compliance to revenue recognition policies. This role will be reporting to the Revenue Manager.
