Your mission

Be at the forefront of Tilia’s AI-driven growth.
You’re familiar with the latest AI developments and continuously monitor the market.
You identify where AI can be used effectively for us—both directly and indirectly—including for our customers.
You test new solutions in practice and realistically assess their benefits.
You convince, train, and inspire colleagues to use AI.
You implement the best use cases—from the initial idea all the way to day-to-day operations.

Your profile

• A strong intrinsic interest in AI, data, and digital technologies.
• A good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate technology into concrete actions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot, automation solutions, or data management is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and a structured approach to work.
• The ability to inspire enthusiasm to embed ideas sustainably within the organization.
• A college degree is welcome but not required—knowledge of digital processes and tools, as well as practical experience (ideally 2–3 years), are more important.
