Position Overview:
Develops and maintains a supportive and educational relationship between the assigned clients, the client's contracted physician network and Sutter Health (SH). Through regularly scheduled visits to physicians' offices, identifies and resolves any issues related to contracting or claims, and coordinates solutions with appropriate SH departments. Provides education through workshops and in-service meetings to the client and staff. This position leads and assists in development of provider network communications related to industry changes and expansion of network initiatives and also acts as an information resource to the client, SH and administrative staff to ensure quality customer service.

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- Bachelor's in Business Administration or a health care related field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years of recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Ability to communicate professionally with client’s physicians, staff and health care business executives.
- Communication skills, both oral and written.
- Effective organizational and administrative skills to include advanced knowledge of personal computer usage.
- Ability to problem solve and report results in a professional manner.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be detailed oriented with minimal supervision.
- Ability to conduct presentations and instructional workshops to individuals and groups.

Pay Range is $92,227.20 to $138,340.80 / annual salary
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
