About the role

Customer Solutions Representative

Join us as an Inbound Customer Solutions Representative and experience the satisfaction of making a genuine difference for our customers every day.

We’re looking for people who care about delivering great outcomes just as much as we do. We have multiple opportunities available with a start date of 3rd of November, working from our newly refurbished office based in Adelaide CBD.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Support customers over the phone with account and billing enquiries

  • Manage customer queries, complaints, and account changes

  • Identify and deliver on sales opportunities with both new and existing customers

  • Provide tailored solutions and recommend products and services that meet customer needs

  • Take payments and resolve issues with care and efficiency

More about the role:

  • $71,427.00 base + 12% super (TFR $79,998.24) + discounts & benefits, quarterly bonuses of $500–$1,500

  • Permanent full-time role (37.5 hours per week), working on a rotating roster 7:30am – 7:00pm, Monday to Friday

  • Paid, onsite training to set you up for success and ongoing coaching and development to help grow your career

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exposure to sales, retention or solution-based conversations.

  • Experience working towards individual or team KPIs.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving and customer relationship skills.

  • Confidence using multiple systems and learning new technology.
